Seminar Four: 24th October 2019, 11am

iFINITY – ‘How well are you doing? Measuring the effectiveness of strategies, objectives & operations using the market leading CRM, iMIS’

Presenter – Gordon Brewster, Head of Sales and Customer Management, iFINITY

Summary: Often in a not for profit organization significant effort takes place in designing strategies and objectives for the business – but that can be it.

However:

  • how do you know if these are, or are not, working?
  • How can you identify at the earliest point when an initiative is not performing and a change is needed?

Often this only becomes apparent when it’s too late and an opportunity is missed. Or, of more concern, only when scarce time and money has been wasted. This session will provide answers to these questions, how you can use the iMIS EMS to do the heavy lifting and much more.

This session will be delivered by Gordon Brewster, Head of Sales and Customer Management at iFINITY and former Director of Corporate Services at the Law Society of Scotland.
